Currently AGA is represented in 8 Nordic and Baltic countries and together with The Linde Group we have operations in approximately 100 countries with around 64,000 of staff.
We use an international approach in our management and operations, and to achieve even better results we have consolidated our expertise and service centres regionally.
To be more efficient, we have harmonised and brought many support functions and tasks from the Nordic and Baltic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) to a support centre located in Tallinn. The AGA REN Shared Service Centre (SSC) offers over 100 different support and customer service functions, and provides customer service by phone and e-mail, order-to-cash processes, reporting, agent support, IT and purchasing.
